Terms of Service
Effective 30 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the rank0 service at app.rank0.ai. By using it you accept them, and if you use it for an organization you accept them on its behalf. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
The service
We optimize machine-learning models and measure the results. Access is by invitation, and we decide who has it and what limits apply. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time. Any fees are as we agree in writing.
Your account
Keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Your content
You keep your rights in the models and data you upload. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and transform them to run and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload them, that doing so breaks no law and infringes no one's rights, and that you are responsible for any personal information in them.
What we deliver, and what stays ours
We give you a non-exclusive license to use the files and reports we deliver in your own business. The service and our methods, tools and know-how stay ours, including what we learn from running it. We may use measurements and know-how from runs freely, as long as we do not identify you or disclose your data. Do not try to work out how a delivered file was made, and do not use the service to build a competing one.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law with the service, attack or overload it, or give others access to it.
No warranty
The service and everything it produces are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Measurements describe our machines at the time of the run; your results may differ.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Indemnity
You will cover our losses and costs from any claim arising from your content or from your breach of these terms.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, and may delete your content afterwards.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting a new version here. Using the service after that means you accept them.
Law
Israeli law governs these terms, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
