Privacy Policy
Effective 30 October 2026
rank0 (“rank0”, “we”) runs the service at app.rank0.ai. This page says what we collect and what we do with it. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, work email and organization, from Google or Microsoft when you sign in. We never see your password.
- What you upload: models, tokenizers, configs and data, and whatever those files contain.
- What the service produces: optimized files, measurements and reports.
- How you use the service: sign-ins, uploads, downloads, IP addresses and server logs.
How we use it
To run the service, build and measure your files, contact you, keep the service secure, meet our legal obligations, and improve our service and methods.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information. We share it with the providers that run the service for us (today Fly.io for hosting, Amazon Web Services for storage, Resend for email, and Google and Microsoft for sign-in), with advisers and authorities where the law requires it or to protect our rights, and with a buyer or successor if the business changes hands.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Your information may be stored and processed outside your country, including on machines we operate. We keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your personal information at daniel@rank0.ai, and we will act on it as the law where you live requires.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect what you give us, but no service is perfectly secure.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may change this policy by posting a new version here. The date at the top says when it last changed.
